We always work with our patients to minimize out of pocket expenses. Listed you will find a partial list of private insurance plans we will accept towards payment. Payments made by private indemnity plans and managed care plans that allow patients to go out of network are accepted as well.
Please note that many of the listed plans require a written referral from your primary care physicians office. The referral is generally brought to our office by you at the time of the initial visit.
